Thank you everyone! I give all my weight loss credit to eating healthy and really working on retraining my brain to think like a skinny person. We have this surgery...they reroute our insides and send us home. The problem is that our brains havent changed. I didnt have this surgery to fail and gain the weight back so I made sure I worked on the mental aspect of it. I always tell myself "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels".
When it comes to exercise I cannot lie...that is my weakness. I havent really exercised at all. I AM alot more active than I use to be so I do move around alot during the day but besides a handful of times...I have not really worked out. My life is so hectic and crazy and I just feel like there's not enough time in the day to get a workout in. I know that is an excuse...where theres a will theres a way right? lol I want to start running actually. I am going to be doing the 5k warrior dash in September so I am going to start training as soon as I get my gallbladder removed and am healed.
I have lost an amazing amount of weight so far by jus****ching my portions and making healthy choices. I was always worried about my weight slowing down and if you are eating correctly and exercising enough what can you do to start your weightloss again?? So I figure that when my weight really starts to slow down I will up the exercise and hopefully that will jumpstart my weightloss further.
