corn nuts
I'm almost 11 months out and have not done ANY type of corn, let alone corn nuts. Not sure if they're really worth the calories & carbs....

I'm not sure there's a specific answer to such a general question. That'd probably best asked to your Dietician. IMO, there are things that are worth the calories (like sources of lean protein) and things that even with low calories are pretty empty (like refined sugars & flours).

Too many carbs and not enough protein IMO. You should focus on protein snacks at this point. What does your surgeon and RD/NUT say?

I am also 6 1/2 weeks out, and my temptation is Doritos. Especially since they reintroduced the old flavors from my childhood. Taco flavor. Sigh. However, I have been reading "Eat it Up" by Connie Stapleton, and it has really opened my eyes to the denial I was in about my food addiction. I am now convinced that if I give in to Doritos now, I will be starting down the wrong path, and I will end up gaining all my weight back. I am focusing on figuring out why I want to eat stuff that is bad for me, and working on that. So, in answer to your question, the right serving size is 0.
