Post RNY Surgery Menu Challenge....
Thanks everyone yes that is my long term goal. I see from the forum that many people are only able to get in 500 calories in the beginning and even that is pushing it. I just wanted to be sure that if this is my final goal that I can do it with this type of plan. I am a pretty bland eater and eat the same things alot of the time. Even my family knows dinners for the week every Mon same thing etc with the days it is just a schedule I have them on. I guess I am a planner HAHA
I was concerned about the water but glad to see that it will eventually be easy enough to drink that in a half hour or hour.
Also I am hoping that after surgery I get a craving for eggs. I HATE eggs if I make something with eggs in it I won't even eat it I hate them that much. I am assuming that it is wishful thinking that I will get a craving for them but ya never know. At Sweet Tomatoes I had a craving for broccoli and cauliflower and I never eat that and it was actually good.
Thanks again I was really just scared that I didn't have a grasp of the food afterwards and wanted to be sure it was ok. My friend does eat the same thing daily and she has done great so hopefully I will follow in her footsteps.
