When I first started this journey, I was at my highest weight. That's what got me thinking I had to do something. I was weighing 304. My first visit to my Dr. I was at 290. Day of surgery, 270. 7 weeks out tomorrow and I'm at 232. All I can say is WOW!!   I'm down 72 pounds from my highest weight, Went from a size 42 pants to a pair of shorts I bought yesterday at a size of 36. I haven't been this size since high school.( 25 years ago) Now I'm telling my age, ha ha.
Just thought I would share this. It has been hard to change my life style, but I can see where this is going and I love it. Thanks to all on here for the encouragement and for all the "tips" for those who are going to have surgery and to those who have had the surgery. This page HAS been a big help!!  Again THANKS to everyone.
  God Bless!!

Philippians 4;6-7

Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.

Congratulations, but don't buy too many in that size as they will be too large soon.

Oh I'm not. Just had to have something I could wear now. All my pants/shorts are way to big. haha. Never thought I would be saying that.
