Well it depends on what look you are going for. In general that dress screams for an updo. You could go Audrey Hepburn and just have some simple earrings and clean make-up. You could go trendier and do some drop earrings (I'd go with gold). No necklace for this dress and if you do a bracelet it should not be fussy.

I personally would go with some shimmery flats with this dress but high heels could certainly work as well.

Very cute. You do not look chubby. I think you should splash a little color into the outfit. Maybe some red jewlery and shoes.
Have fun

I only say what guys think but are afraid to say.

I believe I like some gentic filter that would typically block things like this.

Hum....I can't tell from the picture how "dressy" the dress is.  Is that tulle that's peaking out at the bottom?

There are a bunch of ways you could pull it off...here's a few options.

My personal style is more towards the boho look like below

but I think this look with the touch of pastel is really cute and graduation appropriate.

I'm loving you in this dress, you look so fantastic. I would pair it with a low wedge and maybe a turquoise bracelet and matching earrings. You have just the right amount of cleavage for this dress as far as I can see. Congratulations on your 160 lbs weight loss.

I vote for turquoise or coral or both together.
If you feel the need to be more understated, the beige and brown would be elegant.
You are not plump, and you have plenty of boobs. You look terrific even unaccessorized.
If it were me trying on a sleeveless dress, I'd be embarrassed about my upper arms (my forearms are awesome) and would wear a bolero jacket. If you've got good arms or a don't-give-a-rip attitude, rock on!
