Finally got though a 2 month plateau!!

Thank goodness.........I have been stuck for 2 months on a plateau........thi morning I weighed in at 179 lbs. I had been stuck at 182-183 forever!! I feel better that I am moving agan finally!!

I hated being in Stuckville.............but I'm losing like crazy again. Thank goodness!! Nice to see the scale move again!! Hang in there...........it will come!!!

that's awesome and great news you are loosing weight again. Did you change anything that you were doing to start the weight loss again? I had the gastric 4 months ago lost 40lbs and now the scale has not moved in 6 weeks. Any suggestions that will help?
