vegan protein bar
so after a lot of searching, i found something called "The Simply Bar". I'm going to order a variety pack to try. they are around 160 calories, 4 fat, 9 carb, 4 fiber and 16 protein.

I had them at a conference in Las Vegas last year and I remember being so psyched that there was a booth handing out protein bars!! It was a WBENC conference, for women-owned businesses. I told them my deal (that I had WLS) and they gladly gave me every flavor they had.

I kind of forgot about them because they aren't available locally or on any of the websites I get my "supplies" from, although I just checked their website and they say they are available here in NJ but don't list where!
I hope they are somewhere close by! Thanks for the reminder!!
