I'm glad it's finally here! This is the last piece of the puzzle until I meet with my surgeon's NP in a couple of weeks! Fingers crossed that I get a May surgery date.

Me too! But this is my last one. ( my insurance requires two) so we are on our way

Well, not too shabby I guess. I have to go back for a follow-up with the psychologist in a few weeks, so I guess we'll have to go from there.
