Seriously! How do you stay at 1200 calories?

I usually don't.  I usually eat about 1500 calories.

But... I eat six times a day and when I was eating 1200 calories, I had a bunch of 200 calorie meals that were my typical foods.  Like a 200 calorie protein bar was a meal, a 200 calorie protein shake was  meal, a cup of beans with some veggies was a meal for about 200 calories, etc.  Some meals were a bit more, but some were less, too, like a cup of Greek yogurt was less than 200.

I would have no idea hire to knock 500 - 1k calories out of my diet. I seriously can't see how people survive on such Low calories. I'm truong to drop a few for my next race and find 1600 difficult to do, I did turn in a couple 1k d days but then my body revolts ave reminds me that isn't good.
