how do you make pouched eggs?

you actually shouldn't have the water boiling because the bubbles can break the egg apart or create little divets in it. it should simmer which is approx 190F

edit: if you don't care what the eggs look like then you can boil

1. Buy microwave egg poacher from WalMart about $3.
2. Follow directions on package.
3. Make sure to puncture egg yolk so as not to have egg explode in microwave.

I have an insert (a ring with 4 holes) that goes into one of my Revereware pans.  It has 4 individual egg cups with little handles that sit inside.  You pu****er in the bottom of the pan and then crack the eggs into the little containers, cover and cook for just a few minutes.  Eggs come out perfectly every time.

I never had the patience to figure out how to do it the traditional way... Too many messed up eggs!
