How Not to Interview for a New Job

I quit my current job and now I'm interviewing for a new one, which I really want. Early this morning I had my final interview and right in the middle of it I had to bolt from the room and run to the bathroom to throw up. Sigh.
I had been feeling queasy on the drive and even had been throwing up into a cup on the way, but what's a girl to do?
Fortunately the interviewer was very understanding and said he would recommend me for the job. What a way to start the day.

Congrats on the interview!  Hope you get the job.  Not the best presentation on your part (but you couldn't help it),
so if he was understanding it shouldn't  matter.        Best wishes

Sorry you got sick!  I once went to sit down during an interview and missed the chair and ended on the floor.   .................. Don't know why I didn't get that job!

once my friend and i were both interviewing for a job. our instructor said that she knew I wouldn't get it but that it would be good experience for me.

My friend and I rode together and she interviewed first. When she came out she whispered to me that she had left her purse and could I get it. So when I went in I set my purse down in the floor next to hers. When the interview was over I bent down and picked up both purses and started walking out of the room. Suddenly the interviewer said I thought you only brought one purse, so I had to come clean. She laughed and I walked out and gave my friend her purse and we left.

Later that day I got a call from my instructor (this was a job thru the school) and she was impressed. She said I got the job and my friend didn't, even tho they had tentatively agreed to give it to my friend a few days before. The interviewer said she was so impressed that I tried to help my friend, even knowing I wouldn't get the job, and that I told her exactly what happened when she asked. She said most people would have lied.

Anything can happen on an interview. Do not let this get you down.
