This is an easy question but just wanted to make sure it was ok.  Can you flavor water with the milo.  I tend to swell up when I use Crystal Lite and was looking for an alternative to make water more appealing.

You can also add orange, lemon, or lime slices to  'infuse' the water; cucumber is very refreshing, too

I did not know Milo was available in the United States.  It is a high carb drink and I would be careful of it especially while you still want to lose weight.  I keep my water in a Brita Pitcher and make sure it is very cold.  Some people cut up a lemon or orange to add to the pitcher and give the water some flavor.  I love Crystal Light and am sorry that it gives you problems.

MIOis a flavored caffiene energy drink.  Milo is a ground up chocolate powder popular in South America, Europe, and Australia.  If the poster mean MIO then that should be fine.  Jus****ch the caffeine content.

Only MIO Energy has caffeine.  The original flavors do not.

I don'tlike the Crystal Light full flavored. I use it in a 32 oz water bottle, so "half flavor"?

Flavor it with anything that is sugar free and has no caffeine.

You can also flavor water by adding sliced strawberries to it.
