Starting liquids

HI! I am on day 9 of my 14 day liquid diet! Its tough, but seems like after day 4 it got a little easier. I did 3 shakes a day, cream soup(pureed) so there is no lumps, SF jello, SF pudding, SF popsicles, low fat yogurt and LOTS of water. Crystal light is pretty helpful also to get in lots of water. It is going a little faster then I thought it would. I spend alot of time on here on OH reading peoples posts, looking at before and after pics, just to keep motivated and to keep my eye on the "prize"!! Good luck! You can do this!! One day at a time!
