pill form vitamins vs. chewable
I do both. I actually like the chewable multivitamin I take; plus the Calcium Citrate I take is chewable and I (wierdly) look forward to eating them after a meal -- kind of like a signal that the meal has ended. Other than those two, all my other supplements are pill form. Well except for my probiotic which is a dark chocolate chewable bite.
