So i ordered a plain and cinnamon.  Delivered in two days.  Pricey.  $24.99 for 2 loaves (including shipping).  But, my DH was missing bread so i thought i would try it.

I opened the cinnamon.  Smelled cinnamonny (word?).  I took the first slice and toasted for a bit. Added some cream cheese.  very spongy.  No sweetness at all.  Sprinkled with splenda.
Very dry.

Didn't want to eat the whole slice for fear it being a new food and i am leaving to go camping with my Girl Scouts in a few hours.

I guess it could be a nice treat i guess if you are missing that bread.  I am not.  It is something i can give up.  Personally I like to use Cleo's Oopsie rolls if i need a 'bread, roll or cake option.

I will report on Monday when i am home and in the safety of my house how the plain one fares...

This does not surprise me. It seems from the ingredients it is mostly egg whites and oatmeal. Neither lends much moisture and egg whites make things spongy (think merengue).

I personally am a bit fan of sandwich thins when I absolutely need some bread. Or else I just choose the very best whole wheat option available at the time.

I use Genesis bread. Its a sprouted and seed bread. 4 grams of protein per slice. Find it in freezer section and keep in freezer at home. It will sprout like a Chia pet if you keep it in a drawer. Lol. I toast it twice. There is also Ezekial bread. Very similar.

I make muffins or cake in the microwave in a coffee cup. Well I started making some savory and instead of using a coffee cup I use those sandwich shaped containers. The ones designed to hold a sandwich in a kids lunchbox.

If I use coconut flour and usually some carbquick it turns out a really decent bread. Just have to remember to use more liquid because the coconut flour absorbs it like crazy.

I have made them using chicken brother as a liquid for the sandwiches. They turned out really great. Especially for a chicken salad sandwich.

When I want bread normally I will make that. Turns our pretty good.
