Status & PIC update....its been a while!!

I have decided to go back to basics!
So far the past few days I have fallen in love w almond milk...grape nuts...and my protien shakes again..greek yogurt and turkey and vegi stuffed bell peppers...im also starting to vamp up my water intake and use a online food tracker ;)
As far as skin, i was lucky that my legs and arms actually ended up pretty good, not much skin if at all... my tummy however is another story, nothing too stress off of, but its definetly something i will consider getting removed maybe next year...
