Home from surgery on Monday. Everything went well. I just have some discomfort with gas pains.  I am trying to sip sip sip and get my walking in. Any tips would be great :)

Glad to hear that you are home and well. Don't over do it, get your rest and sip sip sip. I used to walk around my dining room table twice every hour on the hour, it kept the gases moving.

I'm glad things went well for you... as already said... keep sipping and try to move around to keep the gas moving... it was the WORSE pain I ever experienced... that being said just enjoy your downtime and get ready for the fast and crazy  journey that has begun... best wishes :)

I am so happy for you. Glad that it was a success and you are on the losers bench! Good luck getting rid of the gas walking and sipping seems to be what everyone recommends! Can't wait to start seeing your NSV's and progress pics. You are going to do great!!!

I'm glad to hear it went well.  I walked outdoors 10 minutes at a time 3 times a day which really seemed to help move that gas.  Stay hydrated and get that protein in... it will be a little easier evey day.

I wish you great success!

Yay! Congrats, I am glad everything went good and you are home. Isn't it so nice to be home? I found that laying in bed I could move my legs alot more than in that darn hospital with the air pump things hooked up. Moving my legs around and pulling them up helped with the gas alot. And tiltiing to one side or the other with a pillow for support worked too.
