Love my RNY!!!!

So i went into target today and omg 30/32 to 18W im still in shock..havent been a 18W pants since high school...i tell ya it is a good feeling to step into a 18W i hope it still keep going at this rate...defentely a good feeling..i like to see my next NSV 16W small steps..scale isnt moving much but the cloth are sure going down.. :)

You will get there keep a positive thought and stay true to the rny standards and it will come off...trust me i was in a stall for almost 6 weeks...and then poof..it started to move again...:) all i can say it feels good to sell all my "big" clothes to get small clothes...:) dont give up it will come

 Hello, everyone i'm Danielle i'm just about 2 weeks out from having the rny.. i am having a hard time drinking the protein shakes..i'm scared i'm not getting enough protein and i don't know what to do...so any ideas to make sure i am getting enough
