My life as a Father in 1 picture

Well they say a picture is worth a thousand words and the words for today is pride.  Today I completed my second Triathlon and my 10 year old son completed his first Multisport event a swim and run.  He is good at the running but struggles with real swimming as opposed to playing in the pool.

He had a 100yd swim which he paniced in the start but he gutted it out andfinished like a Pro! Here is a picture of us sporting our Finsiher Medals.

Sorry Tori it does involve spandex and lycra!

That's fabulous!  Truly the best kind of NSV there is for both you AND your son.  Just think how different his memories will be of time and activities with his slim and healthy father than if you had stayed heavy...
