4 years ago I had RNY - Any tips?
My advice? Up the protein. A typical day for me looks like this:
Breakfast - protein shake
Snack - greek yogurt w/ fruit (usually berries)
Lunch - a Lean Cuisine
Snack - Quest protein bar and some carrot sticks
Dinner - a protein + a veggie (chicken breast w/ broccoli, steak w/ brussels sprouts, etc)
Snack - treat (Skinny Cow ice cream bar, cookie, etc)
This gets me around 100 grams of protein for the day, which is what I aim for. You mentioned eating a meal of a piece of toast w/ pb and a light & fit yogurt, which is fine, but not hugely protein forward. I'm not sure how you're eating the rest of the day though.
Definitely start journaling your food. Once you do that, you'll be able to see where you need to make changes (if your calories are too high, protein too low, etc.).

Which protein shake are you using? I want to do that but no caffeine!!!
I do a lean cuisine or smart ones or healthy choice for lunch.
Snacks are usually wheat thins & cheese (maybe a baby bell) or chips & salsa or peanut butter & apples
Dinner can be any meat with veggie & brown rice.
I like to do carrot sticks but only with ranch dressing. Bananas when I am in the mood.
I HATE PROTEIN - Any way to get it in without having to feel like I am eating it. lol?
I do a bunch of different protein powders (About Time, Matrix Mint Cookie, GNC Lean Shake 25). You've gotta try a bunch to see what you like, then doctor them up to taste decent. Check out www.bariatricfoodie.com and www.theworldaccordingtoeggface.com for shake recipes/ideas!
You can make a ranch dip with greek yogurt. I do this all the time. Take a container of plain greek yogurt, mix in some Hidden Valley ranch seasoning powder, and you've got a high protein ranch dip for your carrots/other veggies.
Other high protein snacks I eat: Quest protein bars are yummy and the stats are great. Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, turkey pepperoni & cheese.

I love toast too. It goes down easy and is a delivery system for fatty food like butter or peanut butter!
When I eat a lot of toast I gain weight.
I think that exercise is so important. Every day find a way to move. Not when the weather is nice, not when it's convenient..every single day. For me it's walking and riding my bike.
Tuna is helping alot right now. I make it up and leave it in the fridge. It's dense and protein forward.
Congrats on maintaining the loss you have for 4 years!

I noticed if I eat the way I am supposed to, I have no issues. It's very easy to fall back and slip into old habits.
It's hard to eat ALL that dense protein and drink all tha****er (waiting more than 30 minutes after wards of course) and if we do, everything does seem to fall into place.
When we relay on slider foods and carbs because they are "easy" the weight can creep up on us.
