So time to be accountable and get yo booties moving some how if ya doing zumba I guess booties and boobies be a moving!
For me today was a special day for fitness. I aged another year and decided yesterday that the best way to celbrate was to start the day off with a ride. I did 43 miles and some change 1 mile to represent each year! with over 8000 feet of elevation gain

I do so wanna.
I hopped out of bed this morning and went to a power yoga class. Then stopped by the local gardening store and loaded up my vehicle with 14 bags of mulch, soil, compost. I'm eating lunch now with all my containers and beds planted, next it's time to mulch everything and mow the lawn. And then I'm thru. So I'm calling it an hour of great streching and about five hours of honest to goodness manual labor/yard work. Bet I sleep good tonight!
Happy B-Day Paul! Nice celebratory ride!
