embarrassing questions

I do have an embarrassing question: being overweight we tend to sag... Everywhere.    If the women parts sag, do they ever get happy lifting on their own or require surgical intervention?

By "woman parts," are you talking about breasts?  Or other parts?

Most saggy things are not gonna just perk up on their own.  There are exercises you can do to tone certain muscles, which might help a little, but exercise can't fit the skin, just the muscles under the skin.

Now, if something is sagging because it's heavy because there's lots of fat there, losing that fat might make it kind of shrink up some.  But the skin may be stretched out there and that may not go back to normal.

If you are talking about the mons are, whee the pubic hair is, if it actually hangs before you lose weight, it is likely that surgical intervention to lift it again. Mine was huge, and when the plastic surgeon who did my panni removal refused -- at the very last minute, in the surgery prep area -- to also lift the mons at the same time, I was crushed. It looked even BIGGER once the extra flapof hating belly skin was gone and there, was no way to hide it except by wearing baggy pants and tunic length shirts. I was SO depressed. After losing all that weight, I was NOT going to leave it that way. Exactly 6 weeks after my panni removal I had a different surgeon do the mons lift and the arm lift.

If you just have extra fat there and it does not actually hang down much, it might bounce back on its own. Some women find that the fat in that area is hard to completely get rid of and end up having lipo to get rid of it.

Why did he refuse at the last minute?  Had he been planning to lift it and then changed his mind?  I would have been very upset too.

Insurance was paying for the panni and I was going to be self pay for the mons lift.  He was going to have to cut through a large distended vein and he was concerned about doing that. He insisted that I had to have an IVC filter put in if he was going to seal off that vein, which I did.  Then, the day of surgery when he came in to mark me up, he said he just wasn't comfortable with cutting that large vein because it was carrying collateral blood flow to compensate for the partially blocked iliac vein.

The second surgeon was not at all concerned about cutting it because of the large number of veins in the pelvis that could pick up the slack if necessary.

You could try using antibacterial soap. I read somewhere that if you use it you wont have body odors so bad. I have large breasts and it seems to work for me. My armpits like to smell overly bad sometimes and I use it and it goes away. If there is no bacteria on the skin for the sweat to mix with..it wont stink so bad.

Good luck!

Well ladies, let me chime in.  When I was quite a bit larger and the thighs rubbed together enough to almost start a fire I found on hot days I had some sort of rash on my thighs which was quite moist and smelled about the same way you described.  I found this product called Anti Monkey Butt powder.  It is specially formulated to obsorb sweat and minimize frictional skin discomfort.  I would just splash a little of that on every day after I got out of the shower and it cleared whatever it was right up.  They make a ladies formula as well.  Sounds weird but it really works.  Perhaps it may work for you all under your boobies.  http://shop.antimonkeybutt.com/products/Lady-Anti%252dMonkey-Butt-Powder.html

I used baby powder and it worked just fine.

Anyone want to wager on whether Paul is lurking on this thread or not? lol

I thought about Paul.  Maybe he has a question?  Or maybe he just likes reading about breast odors?
