iron levels and bruising
Yeah, these don't look that bad. How is your B12 and your vitamin K? those things can cause bruising.

I asked about testing my vit K and she didn't want to do anything with that. Wanted to start with the iron panel first. Will see what they say.

Starting with the iron panel makes sense. Since your iron isn't low enough that it should be causing the problem, though, and since your B12 is excellent, I would ask for the vitamin K test now.

I know from experience your hemoglobin has to be really low and your ferretin has to be below 10 before most dr's will do a infusion.
My primary care physician would not do iron infusions when i was 8 months out but my surgeon wanted me to have them. at that point my hemoglobin was 12 and my ferretin was a 8
