Someone recently sent me a small blurb from a psychiatric journal indicating that a new study showed just over 20% alcohol dependence/abuse in WLS patients (all surgeries). The full published study is due out in June.

I find my self smoking again and drinking. Makes me so unhappy with me. I have began to use the electronic cigarette and it satisfies the smoking urge. More and more I think I really need some good healthy counseling to deal with issues...
