My first symptom is a sudden cold sweat, particularly on my forehead, my forearms, and the sides of my neck.

Then I get swoopy-headed and feel off balance.

And then I get fatigue and feel the urgent need to nap.

If I've really overdone it, I'll get a deep, throbbing heartbeat. It doesn't race so much as it just thuds, really heavily.  But that's only happened once.

It has just happened once so far.  Started with feeling very hot, then profusely sweating.  After that, I feel totally weak, extremely dizzy, and very nauseated.  Finally, I got home and could hardly carry myself upstairs.  I crashed hard for about 90 minutes and felt better about 4 hours later.  This was about 35 minutes after eating 1/3 Quest bar.

I treated myself to a small slice of coffee cake for mothers day, learned my lesson. I felt like i took a sedative.  fell smooth asleep at 4 and woke up to pee, totally exhausted. i dont even think i changed into my pjs, kicked my pants off undid my bra and laid down. It was no fun
