Super Saturday! What'cha eating /doing?
Helped my mom before lunch, now I'm gonna try to get a nap before taking Rio (happy birthday to my buddy Roo roo :) ) to training and then working a 6hr shift til midnight-thirty.
B 5am - mint cookie / skim milk
B 715am mint cookie / water
S - Belvita breakfast biscuits (bad bad bad)
L - scrambled egg w/ shrimp, pepper, cheese, slice tomato from my garden and P28 toast
D - Nik's chicken pot pie leftovers, w/ peppers
S - cottage cheese w/ sf jello and fruit
- maybe another snack... sure hope not because those Belvita things killed my calories
I have no clue what I'm eating the rest of the day. But I'm getting hungry so I better figure something out for lunch.
I went grocery shopping by myself the other day and my back was bothering me so much, I just wanted to get out of the store as fast as I could. So I ended up skipping some of the items on my list. Which means I am short of things I like to eat around here.

S-- protein cocoa or protein pudding
Iced tea, hot herbal tea, bottled water in the car
If my tooth is sweet later, I'll add some Torani to my herbal tea, but I think the cocoa will fix me up.

(Isn't gardening AWESOME!? I totally slacked off on mine this year, but I miss it so I will do a fall garden)
Thursday my dentist removed an old crown that was not placed right, and is putting a new one on at his cost. Last night in the middle of the night, the temporary came off. I woke up enough to put it on my side table, but I then had nightmares all night long about teeth coming out (I'd had two crowns fall out of my head in the week prior to that)
So today we went to the dentists office, and the dental assistant cleaned it all up and replaced the crown using a semi-permanent type of glue.... we stopped at Taco bell and I got a soft chicken taco and by the end of it, the tooth was off again. So back to the dentists we went, and she tried a third type of fixative which lasted exactly long enough for me to stand up and thank her before the tooth popped off again. So she brought in the dentist who is there on Saturdays (mine doesn't work Saturdays). She looked everything over, made the hole on the inside of the tooth larger so it would have room for more cement, and then decided to use the permanent cement they use for fixing a crown on permanently (which I imagine is pretty good considering soem of my crowns are going on 20 years old and they're still attached).... and the permanent cement lasted 10 minutes. She told me if it didn't stick to pitch it since nothing would keep it on if the permanent cement doesn't work. Makes me worry how the real crown will stick, but that's something teh dentist needs to worry about not me. So a two hour chunk of my saturday was taken up for nothing. But hubby and I slept in and it was a glorious beginning to summer vacation (Graduation was Friday).
Today ...
1. Ruby red grapefruit
2. soft taco at taco bell
3. protein shake
4. FAGE with freshraspberries
The rest of the day I'll likely have:
1. some quiche
2. some artichoke hearts an cheese chunks and olives
3. more grapefruit.
4. Probably two or three more protein shakes.
~Lady Lithia~ 200 lbs lost!
March 9, 2011 - Coccygectomy!
I chased my dreams, and my dreams, they caught me!
Today so far I've had:
1. Homemade veggie chili
2. Greek yogurt with strawberries/Fiber One
3. A piece of WW bread with a smear of PB (ah...PB...still ain't buying it...had it at my cousin's house but it reaffirmed that I still love it too much to buy it at home)
4. A chipotle-bbq snack wrap
Now I am working on fluids. If I manage to act sane for dinner I can still make it out of this day with decent stats.

I do actually WANT a protein shake but the only protein powder I have is Click and I prefer Click by itself. Hmph.
