Bucket List Check Off -- I finished a 5K today....then probably put in another 3 miles at the annual community yard sale held at the fair grounds, this body is pooped out, but this spirit is flying high, what an accomplishment for me.

i am sooooo proud of you! im proud of you for having the surgery, which i am scared to have but i will be in october, and im proud that you did a 5k, and look at all that weight you have lostt!! you rock!!!!!!!!

Completing a 5K is a WONDEFULLY AWESOME achievement. If I was there in person I would have clapped you through the finish chute! But instead I tip my hat to your fantastic day!
