It's time to cut the carbs again
breads would be the same way if i ate them. in a few years it might be more of an issue then now.
the past few days have been like MAJOR large pouch days for me. I feel I could eat a horse. Now, I'm still eating a LOT less then I would before. but still. I don't like feeling out of control. my trend has been i notice this happens at that TOM. if i can find a pattern and a reason i feel it's easier to manage.

And I think it's fine to wait until Friday to start. I'll all about people making their own choices and I don't see a thing wrong with choosing to take a roll at a retirement dinner.

I'm in!!! Starting Tuesday! I plan to enjoy the weekend/holiday!
I don't post a lot on here, but I do read all of ya'll comments! I am 4' 10.5" tall. I started out at 248. I am now at 173. I've been stalled for about 1 month. I know that I need to re-add exercise into my plan. I had my surgery on 11/21/11. I had my 6mo followup on Monday and a cyst removal on my back on that day also by my PCP. I get my stitches out on Tuesday and then he will clear me to start back lifting weights. I also lost my Mom on 1/31/11. She was in the hospital a week after my surgery and she stayed in there 1 week. Then she got admitted on 12/20 to the hospital and discharged to a SNF on 1/10. She was supposed to come home on 2/3, but I got a call on 1/31 saying she passed away. She was my rock. She was 4'9" and she weight about 85lbs. Loved that woman. She went thru a lot. She had COPD, Heart disease, HBP, High cholesterol and lots more. They said that she suffered a heart attack, but we will never know because we did no autopsy. She did have a blockage in her posterial lateral artery that they could not cross with a stent. The cardiologist said that she could live with that for years. Her pulmonogist said that she had 2-5 years left before her lungs would quit. The COPD took all of her lungs. She only had 22% left in them!
I have had lots of stress with the weight loss. I remember the 1/30 visit I had with her. She told me I look so good. At that point I was at 204. I got to 199 3 days after she died.
