Good Morning Everybody.
Hope that everybody is doing well or at least hanging in there.
I switched up breakfast this morning and had.....are you ready for it?????
B - 2 slices of turkey bacon and 1 slice rye toast
S - Greek yogurt and berries
L - Not sure but probably another greek yogurt or protein bar
D - Tilapia
S - Celery sticks w/ some sort or protein
Water...water and more water...plus coffee.
I have a question for you guys and girls.  Lately, I have been so tired.  Tired as in "I went to sleep at 5:00 pm last night and slept through until 4 this morning". I hate it when I do that.  Any clue?  I have been so tired lately and cranky.
Have a wonderful day everybody.

For breakfast, I had a protein bar.
I don't know what I'm having the rest of the day.
Maybe some cheese for lunch.
Roasted chickpeas for a snack.
Greek yogurt, if I buy some at the store.  I am out of my homemade yogurt, unfortunately.
I need to buy some carrots or other raw veggies I can eat with hummus, too.  Since I am cutting out the starchy carbs this week, I can't do pita bread.
And maybe a protein shake.

I think I need to start figuring out what I eat ahead of time.  Yesterday I felt well enough to drive myself to the store.  I found some cookies with fber and not much sugar and ate too many of them.  My husband likes them too so I'll let him finish the pack, and I sure don't need to buy more.  I don't want to gain back the weight that I lost when I had my bowel obstruction.    so here it is

got up, drank cappichino with skim milk and sf syrup.  May have a second one with decaf later.
B - egg scrambled with veggies
L- leftover meat and veggies from fahita last night
S - yogurt popsicle
D - chicken breast, not sure which veggie yet
S - another popsicle or protein shake if I can't eat enough
And attempt to empty my liter bottle full of ice water twice

I'm starting with a Del Monte no sugar added cup of mandarin oranges (I'm having a sweet craving)

In a moment I'm going to have some carrot sticks with salmon mixed with a little ff cream cheese
(that will take care of my "salty" craving to come)

I have Cracker Barrel cheese sticks for snacks

Tonight I'm having chicken breasts pounded out, and spread with a mixture of chopped up walnuts, spring onions, and blue cheese, then rolled up and baked in the oven.   It will have a "mustard" gravy to go over it.

Dessert: Blue Bunny raspberry bars/ no sugar added

As for you being tired; Have you had your iron levels checked? It sounds like I felt when my iron was low.  Or have you been checked for sleep apnea?  Also sort of sounds like that.  Good luck to you!

Have a good one everyone. :D

Ok so...my stomach still isn't right. I'm in that post-stomach bug weirdness phase wherein I get hungry, eat, then feel monumentally icky. Ugh.

So I dunno what I'll eat today. Here's what I have available:

1. Pure protein bar (did eat this, now feel icky)
2. Hot Click
3. Veggie chili
4. Probably no afternoon snack. I want to get my liquids in though.
5. If I feel up to it, cottage cheese for dinner
