I am w3oz over there. Everyone who has had WLS or thinking about it, should use this web page. I lost 38lbs just using it and tracking what I eat. I still use it and take the reports to my NUT. It is so easy to use and lets you know just how you are meeting your goals.

Now anyone who is starting to run or already there Daily Mile is a great site as it tracks your miles times and such and will allow you to see your progress. Like other sites you can also link to friends and it maintains your leader board and ranks your firends based on their miles for the week.
