 I have fount high protein Special K.  I am sick of eggs, yogurt, sausage, etc for breakfast and wanted something new.  I have that with another form of protein an it usually is 25gm protein and 20gm of carbs for the meal.  Any other suggestions for breakfast would be appreciated.

I have a 50 gram limit a day for carbs, so 20 grams for breakfast is just way too many for me.
Most days I have a protein bar for breakfast, but on weekends I have yogurt or a scrambled egg with a piece of turkey sausage or bacon.

 Are nutritionist told us that we could have up to 21 g of protein and 30 g of carbohydrates Per meal.  So my carbohydrates are usually between 90 and 100 and my protein is between 65 and 90 per day.

i do a green smoothie protein shake every morning during the weekdays. on the weekend i do protein pancakes (made with protein powder). they are yummo

Just eat lunch or supper leftovers for breakfast as long as it has lots of protein in it. I can't do cereal and milk at the same time without running to the bathroom. I do sometimes eat for a snack Kay's Natural cereal but eat it dry.

 I use the protein Special K as well.  I add 0.5 oz (1/2 of the recommended serving) to my greek yogurt, fruit and ground flax.  It's just and my entire breakfast is 25 grams.  I don't have any other ideas - I love this so much I eat it EVERY DAY!

 Are you talking about the special K protein water mix? And you just add to greek yogurt, what kind of fruit? Ground flax is okay?  This sounds so good and healthy I would like to try it, if I understand it right. I grew up a vegetarian and decided that I want to go back that way. I used to put ground flax on everything. Another favorite was orange juice with wheat germ. But I dont think I could handle the orange juice anymore. I am only 5 weeks out and having problems with anything besides liquid. But maybe I could do this if I added my little canned fruits. I can tolerate a little of them. Thank you.

 Specia K makes a cereal called Special K Protein Plus. It has 10 grams per serving and the carb, calorie and fiber counts are great for cereal as well. It's in a blue box.
