I am not able to have anything but puree at this time, but in the past I had to cut out all breads. You might try that, but it looks great to me. Stay off scale for 2 weeks and see what happens. I bet it goes down. You are doing great.

 Thank you for the support Larry! I just added back in the whole grain bread and I think thats why I'm being so paranoid about this all. Im really going to try to take a break from the scale.

Instead of the bread, could you use bibb lettuce and make more of a lettuce wrap?

 Thank you for the reply and the suggestion...this may seem insane but..I LOVE salad..but HATE lettuce wrapped anything or lettuce used as garnish. I dont know why..and my husband has always laughed at me for it. Thank you so much though for taking the time to read and reply.

650 does seem low what about if you go up to 800 for a week and see if that kick starts you again?

 I'm going to try and put in a call to my NUT..last time they said I could go to one of her meetings but with 3 kids its been hard to commit to making her evening meeting. I absolutely feel like my body needs more. Thank you for your reply and your support!
