Try the different chili's with beans ie turkey, beef or veggie. Also bean soups with ham (avoid the ham pieces if you can't tolerate) have really good flavor as well. My friend had trouble with meat as well if it was dry, try putting a little gravy or moisture on it before chewing. That seemed to help Sallie a great deal if there was some type of sauce over the meat.

Hope you find the right combo and start feeling better soon.

I had about the same experience except I could do pork chops and ground beef/marinara. Thankfully, it's getting better every day. I have to be extra careful with chicken though. I hope it gets better for you.

I can't seem to do meats either...dairy and I are good friends lol...I can also tolerate the "non-meat" meats lol...the fake meats...veggie ground round, veggie burgers...things like that.

To boost my protein intake I have started adding a scoop of protein powder to my greek yogurt....makes 1/2 have more than 30g of protein and it tastes yummy :)

I still rely very heavily on protein shakes and I think I'm ok with that lol.

Try making a ground turkey chili, with all the regular spices.  Often, even deli meats are too hard.

I found shrimp, tuna, and Wendy's or canned frijoles with salsa were easy to eat so early out.
