Well a lot of you know my eating habits and how Nik is always on me about the food stuffs.

Well I just got back home from a short vacation it to Shreveport LA. Man the food stuffs there are awesome and my love of their food it is easy to understand how I got to the point of needing RNY.

Well I went and ate and really didn't think to much about should I or shouldn't I.  I avoid fried foods anyways so those places were easy.

Before leaving we planned on eating at our 2 favorite restraunts 1 was BBQ and the other was Mexican.  I can honestly say I ate what I wanted but did make sure I still hit my protein goals and my pouch reminded me that 3 Baby Back ribs are more than enough.

Got home and the only gain was the lbs I knew would be there as a result of fully reloading my glycogen stores.

I had a blast and enjoyed myself with friends I had not seein 4 years.  I did turn red when the one lady in Sunday School class shouted out "Your Skinny"

A break through!  I am so proud of you--now that is living life!

BTW, I'm a Nawlins girl, and food anywhere in the State of Louisiana is AMAZING....I'm headed down to Slidell next weekend for a family wedding....and this girl will eat her share of boiled and blackened seafood!
