Thrift Stores and Bed Bugs - Be Careful
Since many of us are losing and are between sizes, I understand why many find it a waste to buy new clothing. I think I'm going to take my chances with buying really inexpensive new clothes from Walmart or clearance items from other stores. I just cant risk an infestation. Anyway, here's the link to the articles.

Maybe I misunderstand your post, but what does working with the mentally ill have to do with bed bugs being a big problem? Are you saying bed bugs are more of a problem for the mentally ill, and if so, why would that be?

Being mentally ill does not equal having bed bugs.
Situations where many people live in one place, like an institution or group home, or lower income housing may also be a risk factor. All of those criteria can affect people who are not mentally ill as well as the general population
1 out of 5 people suffer from a mental illness. Not all of them have bedbugs.
