Questions for people who are two months out....
I'll be 2 months out on Saturday. I'm doing well (I think!) Started at 372, size 30 I'm down 58 pounds (hoping I lose 2 more by Saturday for the even 60!) I'm in a size 26 right now that's to big and not small enough for a 24 (can we say frustration!) I can tolerate most foods also, except for scrambled eggs... but fried eggs over easy works well so I'm ok with that. I've had a couple incidents when I didn't chew well enough and had to get it back up... better out than in at that point! I get between 60 and 75 grams of protein a day, about 55 oz of liquids, and my calories are between 700 and 800 a day. Even though I'm supposed to be doing 1200 a day according to the doctors program schedule! Even went on vacation and managed to stay on track and I was real proud of myself for that one!

I'm 2m out and I went from 272 the day of my 2wk preop diet..down to 224 or so today (im not sure b/c aunt mary is in town ) lol I started at a size 22 now fitting in a size 16 snug or fitting depending on the brand..I havent really tried on or bought new clothes because I'm going to wait until I reach 199lbs to treat myself.
I get about 64oz of water as well...probably around 600calories. I work out 4 days a week. I'm losing slowly on the scale but very rapidly in inches
