New Life Bariatric Vitamins
OK, I looked at the comparison. The numbers look OK but I see one problem off the bat.
Six of those tablets has 2000 mg calcium. I can't tell what kind, but let's assume it's citrate. If not, we can't absorb it. But that means one of them has a something like 330 mg calcium. Which is enough to block the absorption of iron in them. So you would have to take iron separately at another time.
I can't tell what kind of vitamin A or vitamin D or other stuff is in them, so I don't know if it's the kind we absorb or not.

Thanks! Yeah, I'd have to take my iron at a different time anyway. I need more than what's in the vitamins, so that would be OK. I wonder why they don't list the actual ingredients? Oh well...
