warning about bariatric product website

I have ordered from all sorts of sites online without ANY problem in five years. This one person's site (well, both of them) is really an anomaly.  Any of the actual companies that produce the products are trustworthy (like Unjury, Chike, Celebrate, etc.), as are a number of sites that carry a wide variety of products (I have frequently ordered from bodybuilding.com, Netrition.com, GNC.com, vitaminshoppe.com, and allstarhealth.com).  Amazon also has a wide variety of protein supplements, etc. (and sometimes for a lower price).

Oh, most online sites can be trusted.  I've ordered from Bariatric Advantage, Celebrate, Vitalady, Chike, Netrition, Drugstore.com, Iherb.com,  Colonial Medical, all without problem.

If you are one of the customers that is waiting for product, I'd suggest contacting your CC companies now -- if it's not too late for your refund. There are time limits on this stuff.

never ordered from her... met her once a few years back.. didn't trust her on first meeting.. guess first instincts are right here....

Not only all the problems listed above, but she owes back corporate taxes to Broward County FL for the fiscal years of 2010 and 2011  to the tune of over $15K .  All searchable via public records

Somehow she's formed a new company and paid IT people to start her new website.... but can't fill old orders or pay her business taxes from her old business.    POOR business management.  
Avoid her as a business cause something is obvioiusly very fishy.

She hired a PR guy too.

Oh, how interesting, thanks.  I enjoyed her book when I first started this journey, and would never have thought she'd provide such lousy service.  Never ordered from her, glad I didn't.
