Today, 212lbs lost, I hit onderland. I weighed in at 198lbs :) 6/28/12 is my one year surgiverssary!!!! I feel fantastic!

I take pictures once a week to compare, keep track of weight loss and most importantly, use for motivational purposes.  I'm going to take mine down off the fridge and put yours up instead.  Wow - wow - wow!!!!
