I like a lil meat with a scrambled egg. Was gonna buy the veggie kind... Then stopped and got a piece of sausage from... somewhere... Yeah, bad idea!

Lean and tasty. Vegetarian doesn't bother me.

I just had 2oz of salmon with 2oz of eggs. It was from last nights dinner and it was just as good in the morning.

I love morning star farms veggie sausage, both the patties and links. Pretty high protein for such a small package, too.

I used to eat Gardenburger breakfast patties. Loved' em. Now I can't stomach anything solid in the morning. Patties are better than links, imo.

Morningstar brand taste good but are not vegan and do contain commercial eggs, that is, eggs from tortured chickens fed hormones and chemicals raised in factory farms.
