Just wanted to post the link for those that don't have it or haven't read it. It's long and kind of dry reading, but it's important stuff we should all know.

Here's the summary:
Take 2 adult multivitamin each day.
Take 1500-2000 mg calcium citrate each day, in doses of 500 mg at a time.
Take 54-63 mg iron if you menstruate, otherwise take 36 mg iron.
Take B12, in a sublingual 350-500 mcg a day or take a shot 1000 mcg once a month.
Take a B complex if you want to.
Divide your ideal weight in half, and that's how many grams of protein to get each day.
Get your labs done regularly and adjust as needed.
