daily vitamin check in
I still need one dose of calcium and then my iron and C, and I don't think I'll be up late enough to get that last dose of calcium. I really need to order some more Calcet creamy bites. That's the easiest way for me to get that third dose of calcium in. I just don't wanna spend the money right now.

I do this:
Breakfast - multi, calcium citrate, D3, A, zinc
Lunch- calcium (when I remember it)
Dinner - multi, calcium
Bedtime - iron, C
