 Quite day for me...just doing some online training for work that I usually don't get a chance to do in a busy office.

Breakfast:
Kasha lean cinnamon crunch protein bar

Snack:
sugar free latte....later some Extend drizzles caramel crunch protien things like rice cakes

Lunch:
1/4 cup of brown rice topped with 1/2 cup of pinto beans and a sprinkle of cheese

Snack:
a few tortilla chips

Dinner:
Dijon herb tenderloin with sauteed zuchinni and maybe 1/4 cup of brown rice.

Make this quick 'cause I'm almost out the door on the way to the gym.

B: chocolate protein shake/turkey sausage
L: chicken salsa, grape tomatoes, 1/2 peach
S: string cheese/turkey pepperoni
S: greek yogurt/NSA peaches
D: WTFK? BLT is sounding pretty dang good! Love lighter dinner meals in the summer.

Still freakishly hot here in NE (new england not Nebraska). And I'm getting my piano tuned tomorrow! YeeHaw, can't wait to hear how great she sounds.
