I bought me a thing of that flat out flat bread with whole wheat & flax. It is fantastic. Made myself a tuna melt last night using it & loved it. 90 Calories, 15g Carbs & 7g of protein. I would of grabbed the multi grain with flax if Walmart would of had it at the time. They have many different flavors. Anyone else using these?

This is what I'm using:

I haven't tried this myself post-op but I know of others that have.  Using the faltout bread as the crust for a pizza.  Tastes really good!

Been eating them for years-love them.  They are good for quesadillas too.

I think I looked at those once but didn't buy them cuz they had sugar alcohols.

I'm not sure which ones you were looking at, but the one I am using has less than 1g of sugar & no sugar alcohols. I think they are a great option & with the flax added gives more of a bonus in the protein area.

I saq your post yesterday and had to try them! I made pizza last night that I could actually eat! I only ate about a 1/4 a piece but that's better than what pizza I've had lately! Thank you for the idea!
