My apologies in advance...bowel movement...
Within days of my 3-month post-surgery mark and my bowels are now pretty regular (I can count on having one between 9 am - 12 pm on al almost daily basis...
After they occur, I notice that I am particularly wipe out (pardon the expression)...almost exhausted...
Anyone else experience this?
Thoughts?

Sort of. I also became quite regular (with the help of morning Miralax). But I would always feel like it took a lot of work to get things as "empty" as they would naturally be pre-op. I felt like my intestines were "weak" or "sleepy" and no matter how hard I tried, I never completely emptied or had a big ole healthy, relieving DUMP. And, early out, pooping took a lot out of me, sometimes with sweating and cramping. I wasn't sure if it was because I was trying to empty like I used to or if it was just my intestines getting used to the new "arrangement". I eventually just quit putting so much effort into trying to get that pre-op, relieved feeling. I don't know when it happened, but now, 13 months out, I have noticed that things feel much more normal again. I get the urge to go, things happen smoothly and efficiently, and I do often feel that ahhhh, relieved feeling now.
