 So I don't know how you wimmen people deal with the whole retaining fluids thing.

I had a race Weds and damn was it hot.  Today I am 9.5 pounds from my pre-race weight WTF!  so yeah I went a bit crazy and called a couple friends who have Bariatric backgrounds professionally one of who is a runner and actually ran the same race.

Well comes down to the fact that my muscles in my legs are killing me feet are pooffy like a old southern lady in her sunday shoes (you know the bread dough look), there is no way I ate 35000 calories in 2 days 3500 in 2 days oh hell yeah easily.  Yeah so I am retaining fluids like a Mad woman on the rag!  But seriously almost 10 pounds of it CRAP!

So I am off the Powerade for a couple days reducing the sodium for the weekend and gonna bust my ass training this weekend!

Kudos to ya wimmen that don't freak at fluid retention!

Yeah, sausage ain't just for the grill buddy.  Hot weather turns my hooves into sausages. Nothing like a patent leather-wrapped sausage foot in a heel.  Yooooowch!

lol. yeah it's a hoot and a half! I always lose super slow those 2 weeks. i probably will freak out when I hit maint.

I drink Jamaica flower juice. It helps your body get rid of that extra fluid.

Try being wimmen in FL, during the summer & retaining water.
I'm holding onto more water than Spongebob Square Pants.
It is almost 100 here today ... ugh!

My present fluid retention has little to do with my womanliness and more to do with the fact that last night I got an overwhelming craving for edamame pods drenched in soy sauce.

Wait...that might have been because of my womanliness.
