lack of appetite and nothing tastes good
Today I went grocery shopping and the only thing that looked appealing at the store was fresh fruit. I just got home and ate some raspberries and they were good. But of course they have no protein. I'm gonna try some Isopure later, which has never tasted that good to me but it seems like it might be easier to get down than a thick protein shake. But what do you do when nothing tastes good?

Part of you is in a corner crying, but the rest of you needs to feed that woman, and feed her up good.
Food is fuel. Right now you need rocket fuel, which I understand tastes pretty nasty, but it does supply a helluva lot of power.
For god's sake, don't sabotage yourself by getting sick and run-down.

When my bypassed daughter went through a divorce she got so thin that she almost died , now she is without a job and is so depressed she is not looking for a job ( makes a lot Of sense) not answering her phone or text and is not eating...oh joy
YOU have way more sense than she does so you KNOW you have to take in at least your vitamins and protein, go to liquids only if need be, do the bare minimum for a bit , but DO IT
Nothing sounds good to me either and I have been lax on vitamins and protein for a few days and I already can tell a difference. We have to take care of ourselves, because nobody else will !!!
I hope you can work a plan so you can move by your family , but nothing needs to be done right away , it can be in 2-3-6 months

Can't help with the protein but if you were closer you sure could come and help yourself to whats in the garden !! Got bushels of green and wax beans, cukes, peppers,lettuce,carrots,radishes,green onions, might even find a small ear or two of corn and blueberries you could graze on. You gotta eat girl--what would we do with out you !!
