 I can't even keep straight what day it is, much less plan my day. But I tried.
  Up early to get my mom off to her follow up appointment from her eye surgery yesterday. I'm gonna go ahead and have breakfast and then go lay down until they get back.

Spin class at 1215, work at 130, meeting at 2, another at 3..... hopefully that will make the day go by a little quicker, wor****il midnight.

B1 - about 2oz skim milk, LC light cheese
B2 - P28 toast, egg, turkey bacon, TOMATO
L - WW waffle, peanut butter, banana
S - quest
D - Bariatric Foodie Mexi-Cali meatloaf, steamed cabbage, TOMATO
S - cottage cheese and jello w/ fruit
   - 1/2 deli flat with mayo and TOMATO

YAY Tomatoes!!!

I feel like I ate like a complete piggie yesterday with bottomless pouch so today is light; easy since Im at work all day. Get home eat and do my strength training workout in. Today will complete my 2nd full month of continuous exercise!!!!

B: Protein shake and coffee
L: Protein shake and chobani yogurt
S: Fresh cherries and laughing cow swiss wedge
D: Homemade taco with fresh veggies from garden

 WTG on the exercise.  I think it's totally key to long term success, AND it's addicting!

 Today's eats:

20 oz of water on the way to work.
B - 0% greek yogurt, frozen cherries, splenda
s - green tea, splenda
L - lemon pepper tilapia (trying this fish thing again), cheese stick
s - 1 1/2 scoop mint cookie made with water
D - no idea.  Probably chick-fil-a grilled nuggets and a fruit cup.  I have season tickets to Dallas Summer Musicals and tonight is Peter Pan.  :)

Today's dos:
No workout, going to a musical.  I banked (thanks for that concept!) last night by doing a 2 mile run following my Zumba class.  I'll be missing one of my favorite power yoga classes tonight, but I'll be doing 3 hours of yoga on Saturday.  I have my regular class followed by an inversion workshop.  I'm excited!  Headstands, handstands, whoo hoo!

Yay tomatoes!  I need a good recipe for tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce.  I have tons and I need to can them in something!

The meatloaf sounds yummy!

Thought of you -- a new yoga studio opened and is doing free classes next weekend - they have hot power yoga and I'm so there!

i did my weekly yoga last night and it was INTENSE. Sore I tell ya!

Definitely had a bad end to my eating day yesterday. I wish I could blame it on the crazy storm we had but....I am the only one to blame. Ended with a few crab rangoon and chocolate bar. I'm mortified with myself.....

Today I will not go crazy.
Breakfast- Grande Sugar Free French Vanilla Soy Latte.
Snack- 2 tablespoons of trail mix w/ nuts, dried cherries and dark chocolate.
Lunch- 2 oz turkey ham, 1 slice cheese, 1/4 beans and 2 slices of tomato and avocado.
Afternoon snack- apple
Dinner- Either same as lunch or scrambled eggs w/ lettuce and avocado

L:  2 oz Shaved Turkey Breast Lunch Meat w/ laughing cow cheese
s:  Watermelon
D: Fish w/carrots
s:  Faye Yogurt 0% w/cherry crystal light and strawberries in it .(.luv it)


Anybody else do oatmeal it is such a filler for me when I add my cookies and cream protein powder . do you think that is too many carbs for me at 7 weeks out???

Post op liquids still decaf tea, broth crystal light popsciles and protien drinks yay! 1 more week of this then onto soft foods woohoo

Trying to decide if I want to go swim today and get in some exercise.....laundry yesterday and did the floors.....I was pooped.  Waiting on my period to start and it's just been a waiting game...irritated because for the brief moment the losing will stop and then have to get all the bloat gone.  ARGH!

B- Scrambled egg with 2% cheese slice, fresh cherries
S- Cheese stick w/slice of Oscar Meyer Turkey
L- Not sure, maybe a homemade chicken salad to use up some grape tomatoes I have
S- Fruit (this is a toughie since hubs gets home soon and normally we are scrambling to figure out dinner. 
D- Thinking about making Taco Casserole (Nik's Version) bought all the stuff I didn't have at Publix yesterday.   Not sure the family will eat that but that leaves more for me! LOL 

Looking for a job online....considering school so that I can continue to make what I was after 19 years...need more educaton and maybe I won't have to go back into banking.  I loved it but it was always changing and downsizing and cutting back.  Not like everything else isn't but I need a certificate to get my foot in the door seems like.  

Sorry I'm rambling!!  I need grown people to talk too! My 9 year old wants to talk computers, ipads and ipods....(he's a techno geek for sure!!)
