Well yesturday I got the clear from my doc that I can start working out again. I had gallbladder sugery on the 2nd. And since I gained 8 pounds I knew I really needed too workout. Also found out that my doc won't do surgery if you have gained any weight which makes sense to me. To all you ladies or even guys if they want to try, if you want a good workout that doesn't take much time try "ripped in 30". Its strenght, abs and cardio all in one workout and its not boring or to fast paste*. All I can say is I'm sore lol. Now I wish I didn't have starirs haha. Good luck to you all.

It's a great workout. You use muscule that you didn't even know you had lol. Let me know how you did with it.
I just finished Ripped in 30 and LOVED IT! It was my first Jillian Michaels DVD and it works, for sure. I now have two other DVDs of her and will be doing them as well as the Biggest Loser Boot Camp. I cannot believe how much I enjoyed watching my body respond to consistent exercise. And believe me, the biggest shock to me is that I even WANT to exercise! Good luck!
