Trying to figure out pre-op vitamins
I wound up buying Flintstone's Complete chewables, and bariatric advantage calcium chews.
No. No way can I tolerate those. When I was little Flintstone's was THE BEST vitamin, and now they changed the formula and to me they taste like chalky @$$. The calcim chews taste better, like now and laters, but I don't see myself being able to eat them right after surgery.
Anyone have any suggestions? I was perfectally content with my gummi vitamins, but they don't have everything in them I need post-op. Are there any gummis out there that do?
I'm thinking I should maybe get liquid and just shake it into my protein drinks.

Flintstones don't have everything you need, either. They are not adequate for our needs.
If you're interested in putting vitamins in your protein shake, try the ENS multivitamin/calcium/protein drink mix from Celebrate. It's a multi, plus 500 mg calcium, plus protein - I think 25 grams protein.
You might also like UPcal D, which is powdered calcium citrate. You can put it in any drink and it has no taste.
If you want chewable vitamins, you need an adult multi with 100% of the RDA of things in it, including minerals like zinc, copper and selenium.
